Fan Driver Overview
Kar-Tech's Fan Driver/Electric Oil Cooler Control is a low-cost, highly intelligent control module for controlling electric DC fans or oil coolers for use in mobile hydraulic applications. The Fan Driver can drive a single fan in both directions with sustained supply current of 30 amps. An onboard temperature input accepts a sensor or switch for fan on temperature (programmable with a sensor input), and by using programmable ramp up and ramp down times, shock on the motor and mounting flanges is reduced or eliminated.

Basic Technical Info:
The Fan Driver operates between a range of +9 to +35VDC, and is protected for voltage spikes and reverse battery. It can provide up to 2 outputs capable of supplying 30 amps per. It is supplied in a 4.2"x3.07"x1.4" enclsoure which is fully encapsulated; 5 16ga. loomed GXL wires provide connections.
