GUIDER Overview
Kar-Tech's GUIDER series radio transmitter is the industry standard in the utility and truck-mount crane sector. This classic pistol-grip style is tough as nails, easy to work with, and low cost. Rechargeable or replaceable batteries inside provide days of working life and the transmitter has the ability to recharge and control via an optional wire tether. LED's or a display on the transmitter offer best-in-class diagnostics at the transmitter, and our hardware allows for advanced logic to be incorporated if necessary.

At A Glance:
- Long-range operation: 33mW of output power combined with a super-sensitive receiver provides up to 1000 feet of range
- Frequency-hopping: Interference is virtually eliminated
- Built To Last: High-impact, tough-as-nails transmitter, and sealed receiver with silicon-dipped electronics.
- Intelligent: Diagnostics at the transmitter, with the ability to add logic; disallow winch up when ATB is active is a prime example.
Basic Technical Info:
The GUIDER series operates between a range of +9 to +40VDC, and is protected for voltage spikes and reverse battery. It can provide up to 24 outputs capable of supplying 5 amps per. The transmitter runs on two 9V or one rechargeable battery with a nominal lifespan of several months.
