Kar-Tech has decades of experience designing control systems for manlifts for many of the largest names in the industry; our controls have years proving themselves in the field day after day. We design custom platform control stations that interface with a lower control via CAN, plain wire, RF, or fiber optic cable, or have standard systems pre-designed. If an OEM has joysticks, switches, pedals, and lights that they are used to, our 3-In-1 module is a small box that will interface between the controls on the upper and the outputs on the lower, providing a seamless failsafe between RF, CANbus, AND fiber optic link for redundant control methods in the case of severed wires, noisy environments, poor RF conditions, etc. The 3-In-1 has enough horsepower to handle your logic and interlocks as well. The 3-In-1 and our manlift systems are built in IP-67 enclosures with silicone dip-coated electronics and all sealed components, like our other controls, to withstand whatever beating the elements can throw at them.
