New Product: MEGA-Series Transmitters

Kar-Tech, Inc. is pleased to announce the general availability of their MEGA-Series radio transmitters. This line of transmitters were designed to be the most ergonomic and versatile of our products. It is flexible enough that the transmitter can be paired with a standard 12/24V MINI reciever, the 12/24V VC-93/99/125 line of recievers, or our industrial receiver with 100 - 265VAC input and 16A relay contacts for outputs.

These were designed to be the one of the most durable transmitters in our product lineup, and also to target the overhead crane market. New Product: PILOT Transmitter

Kar-Tech, Inc. continues to focus on ergonomics and expandability for their customers with their new PILOT. The PILOT series transmitter is a new addition to the pistol-grip style wireless transmitter commonly used on truck cranes and in other mobile applications. It highlights the great success of the GUIDER series and adds room for more switches for different applications. The PILOT is molded out of the same high-impact rated material and is designed with all sealed components as with the rest of Kar-Tech's products.

New Product: RANGER System

Today, Kar-Tech Inc, released to the public their RANGER system - an easy-install retrofit kit that adds wireless functionality onto manually controlled cranes while preserving manual control. The RANGER system is comprised of a PACKER series remote, a VC-93 receiver, linear actuators and drivers, a mounting bracket, all associated hardware, and a premade wiring harness. It's supplied with an illustrated, step-by-step installation manual to reduce initial setup time. This retrofit kit is perfect for the fleet manager, dealer, or even end-user who wants to increase safety and productivity by switching to wireless control without having to switch the valving.

New Product: Electric Oil Cooler/Fan Control

Kar-Tech Inc, responding to customer requests, recently released their newly designed fan driver. This is a low-cost, innovative, intelligent electronic module for controlling electric DC fans or oil coolers for use in mobile hydraulic applications. Built to withstand any of the issues common in a mobile operating environment, this small, encapsulated module is fully programmable using onboard jumpers and potentiometers or Kar-Tech's patented Palm Pilot interface.

Kar-Tech Wins Lift & Access Safety Award

Kar-Tech Inc, was recently recognized for their MINI radio remote control's contributions to safety in the lift market when Lift & Access magazine awarded them a LLEAP award at the ICUEE show. Lift & Access editors, alongside an industry consortium, recognized that by adding a very small, very low cost wireless product to a lift platform, machine operators can be assured that they can operate even when hard-wired cables are damaged. The MINI has enough power, brains, and protection to completely replace machine controls in other cases.
Kar-Tech's engineers have decades of experience designing control systems for the lift market, and can easily integrate the MINI as an accessory into an existing application, or can help engineer or re-engineer an existing lift control system. New Product: Micro Valve Driver

Kar-Tech Inc, announces the release of it's Micro Valve Driver - an exceptionally low-cost solution for systems that require proportional control of one or two valves, using one or two inputs. Designed with reliability in mind, the Micro Valve Driver comes in a small form factor, fully encapsulated enclosure - effectively turning it into a "hockey puck", allowing it to withstand the most extreme environments. All programming can be done on-board with jumpers & potentiometers, or optionally with Kar-Tech's patented Palm Pilot interface.
