Remote Diagnostics/GPS Overview
Kar-Tech is constantly developing and integrating new technologies into applications for the mobile hydraulic market. Our Remote Diagnostics package is a small module that can be easily added on to any machine to provide a cellular or satellite link over which a customer can view and even take control of operational parameters from anywhere in the world. Adding on GPS only increases the flexibility of this system. The possibilities are almost endless once you start imagining this module into your application: remote machine control from an internet-connected PC or cellphone, automated alerts to your home office when a machine in the field has problems, logging and reporting of detailed machine use to reduce warranty claims, remote shutdown of a machine for non-payment in a leasing situation, etc.

Basic Technical Info:
The Kar-Tech Remote Diagnostics system operates on a range of +9 to +35VDC, and receives machine information in via CANbus or dedicated sensor inputs configured specially for your application. The enclosure is sealed to IP-67, and is fully operational within the -20C to +85C temperature range.
